Arguably one of the biggest countdowns of the year (likely trumps the ever-predictable New Year’s countdown), triple j’s Hottest 100 is not so easy to foresee. One-hundred songs, as voted by the people (2.2 million of them to be exact) of a selection of the best songs released in 2016.

By nature, we’re pretty happy individuals, but the countdown yesterday brought us to a whole new level. Of the hundred songs that made it into the Hottest 100, we have been lucky enough to work with the artists (not to mention labels, management, etc.) of 38 of those songs over the past year.

It’s been a true pleasure. These artists are all incredibly deserving. Here’s to another year of great music.
