Deep down, we always knew it, but last week B&T Magazine confirmed it. Bolster co-founder and number one office pacer, Alex Zaccaria has been named a recipient of one of B&T’s esteemed ‘30 Under 30’ Awards.
Recognised in the ‘Entrepreneurs’ category alongside Genevieve Clay-Smith of Taste Creative and Bus Stop Films and Jay Wright of Search Insights, Alex said the award was an acknowledgement of the whole Bolster team. “Despite this one being an individual accolade, it really is a credit to the Bolster team as a whole. I’m stoked to see all of our hard work recognised at a national level,” Alex said.
“We’re a very young team, and we really care about our work and our clients. This award is a testament to all of that.”
Despite his humble attitude, Alex’s career to-date is already looking pretty impressive, with Bolster expanding from just three employees to 17 in less than a year (and growing!) He also has three successful online tools in Linktree, Buzz and Addify taking up space on his CV. All that, at the ripe old age of 28.
Candidates for the award were assessed on leadership qualities, key achievements, attitude towards success and impact upon their respective industries.
Alex accepted the award at a ceremony in Sydney, alongside brother and Bolster co-founder, Anthony and partner, Amelia. Mostly, he was disappointed the entire Bolster team couldn’t be there to join in the fun, so he could recreate this iconic scene from ‘Mean Girls.’
Congrats Alex – we think you’re grool.
